Writer | Performance Artist

Kristina Shook is from the Lower East Side of New York City, she grew up in an artist community that continues to influence her. She earned her BA in acting/writing on full-scholarship at Sarah Lawrence College, where she began her journey into writing & performing one-woman shows. She has performed her solo shows in NYC & LA. She earned her Master’s degree in screenwriting from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. She has done numerous commercials, and independent acting roles. Former art model. 

She is a dedicated member of the Actor's Gym, run by Oscar-winner Bobby Moresco. 

 

My YouTube and Instagram performances are based on things that I have overheard, or encounters on buses, trains, and in public places.
